What is the Course Format ?The main goal is to change the breathing pattern and the physiology. Courses are designed to suit individual needs involving individual sessions and/or group sessions. A minimum of 7 hours teaching and practice refining techniques takes place. The Course is in four main stages. Techniques to assist and clear blockages to the breathing process, changing the breathing pattern releasing the stresses to the system – cognitive and physical and finally, maintaining health and building the immune system. Aftercare is important to maintain confidence and progress.
